best thing to get is the baja 5t outwears cover and cut it up or just get some silkscreen and make it yourself that way you cover the whole inside of the car, wraps over the rollbar, a bit of a teaser lolololol

you can undercoat it with black, it will make the carbon not so 'see thru' but no neee to protect it, it has a gel coat layer underneath thats hard to penetrate..

Thats what I was thinking was the carbon fiber and a little extra in the wheel well area I've done this with my lexan bodys for tire rub and to keep the paint protected plus looks cool
Do you have a ride hieght for tire clearance in the wheel wells my tires are like 180mm hpi size proline/excavators ?
I am thinking mcd side gaurds I should have ordered them but wasnt sure how it would sit on the chassis

It is going to be perfect just need to make some mounts to put it out of the way if the tires when the suspension is compressed whitch is about 2or3" higher than what I've seen on other baja with smaller tires mine are wider and taller 180mmx80mm and the offset has them out some but it handles awsome I will take some pics as I go im pumped need some scrap alunminum to start

mt side guards fit good, i have a pair of used MCD ones you can have for half the price.
best to use some rubber 'squares' when mounting as its fiber glass and does not have much 'play' in the mounting holes cause its solid.. so some sponge underneath and rubber on top before the body clips..
hope you get what i mean..
