Still working on that I can tell you I got some good news from the factory I can get the 1/4 differential complete from the factory instead of having to put them all together which will save a ton of time and money for this kit as the price just dropped by at least $70 now that I can get complete differentials :-).
I have some decisions to make yet as to what material I want to go with for the hole drilling template and there are several different ways I can offer this kit and will most likely offer it in a 2wd or 4wd option which would basically be the same kit minus the complete differential and the front CVD shafts which would certainly cut the price way down for those that don't really want 4wd right away.
Here is a list of what I have so far for parts for a complete 4wd Coversion kit
018001 Upper A Arm Set x 2 Complete Differentials x 2 018003 Differential Gear Box Set 018002 Lower A Arm Set x 2 018117 Shock Set x 2 018111 Rear Axle Shaft Set 018110 Rear Shaft Set 018107 Lower A Arm Shaft Set 018106 Upper A Arm Shaft Set 018108 Front CVD Set Some Misc Spacers Screws and Shock Spacers Hole Template For those that want to upgrade from a touring car or buggy I will have to add shock towers in as well.
I have allot of figuring out left to do but I hope to have something ready to go by next week as long as I can get the rest of my parts in by then, I am getting close really close :-).
I will know more on pricing by next week
Thank You, Scott Zero Gravity RC

Thanks wolfen I appreciate that ;D I got a chance to run my 1/4 conversion (I have to come up with a name for these now lol) on a test stand to break in the engine and watch all the drive train in action to assure nothing was rubbing or hitting and all went well I should be able to actually run it off the stand in a parking lot this weekend with some video but I cant get it all dirty until I complete this kit as I will need this for reference and pictures so I will have to wait a little bit before I get her all dirty lol Here is the latest pictures with the new body :-) Thank You, Scott Zero Gravity RC

Just a thought, I think the diffs look very similar to the HPI-diffs? Are they the same? Is the diff housing made of plastic?

they look very much the same as the hpi baja diffs, the diff housing is plastic

Correct as fsmt4wd said the housing is plastic but everything else is steel in it, not sure how compatable they are with the HPI I honestly never saw a complete HPI differential in person but many have said the same thing they look just like the HPI differentials!!! This is the HPI internals which is exactly the same as the FS 1/4 differential ;D minus the saquare gaskets because the FS only use 1 side of the differential cas because of the gear setup, if we could use 1 of the HPI differential cases then we can upgrade to the aluminum ill have to look into this, its look like it could work

Here is a little video for you guys, finally stopped raining out but now its 36 degrees out lol, I put my truggy wheels on for driving it on the road as I was rounding off the edges of the other tires and I want to save those for the dirt those digger dans really grip good in the sand and hard packed. I stared to run out of gas towards the end of the video but this is the end of a 20 minute run lol and I didn't fill her up to start with but you get the idea!!!!!
