in theory it should work if the shocks are 14cm like the mt, the shaft diameter size looks 5mm but ya would have to ask the guys on redcatramageforum.com they look like good shocks but i would rather get some lauterbacher, tuned fg or MCD, but even there are many complaints about the MCD shocks too and they cost alot,

I don't see the 'shock mod' to be a must, all i did is to put an extra o-ring on the shaft between the fork and the damper housing, and the piston is nowhere near the silicone membrane. A tip is to always check this with the lower spring retainer installed, because that will limit travel too.
I will be making new 'forks' and at the moment I'm replacing the o-rings. The o-rings I got are 5,2mm (inner diameter) and 1,6mm thick. I was looking for 5x1,5 but 5,2x1,6 is what i found locally. They are a bit tricky to replace, but it's a tight fit now, they will need some running in before they run smoothly I suppose. I also resurfaced the shafts with some fine 'sanding sponge' (i have no idea what it's called) with the shaft in a drilling machine. One had some small marks in it, so on that one I used fine sandpaper first. Will see how it works out. BTW, I'm still on the lookout for a pair of used long shocks to put in the front on my buggy..

i just bit the bullet and bought mcd shocks, fit and work perfectly, but then my fs is an onroad... you offroad guys would punish them a lot more than i do lol and there is no comparison between the fs and mcd shocks- the difference is night and day, truly
