He-he, Finnish 'boat refugee' who escaped to Sweden ;-) Would never have spent so much time on the FS if it wasn't for my broken knee! Need something to do while it's healing, so that's the reason i got it in the first place. My 'real' project car is sitting in the garage waiting for it's new suspension, it needs some work before the summer too..

Yeah, it's a nice garage :-) A friend used to have his own business there tuning cars, but he moved out, and so did the dyno :-( We are four guys sharing it now, rent is a bit high for a hobby garage though.

I took a picture of the pipe today. I added a silicon hose to keep it sealed. The high temp silicone sealant i used would start leaking after some time, now it's much better. Silicon hose seems to hold up well now when it has no mechanical load on it.

Hi Rallyfinnen,
Do you have (or could you make) a picture of the original FS pipe flange with a gasket on it ?? Would like to know how they line up and see what's possible with the original flange .
Thnx.

Sorry, I think the old flange is gone, maybe someone else has a pic? I think the diameter of the hole is a bit more than the height of the port, and that is why I made a new flange. You definitely need to remove the flange and flatten/square the pipe if you want a smooth transition from round to square. Well, all I can say about this pipe is that if it's good enough for you as it is, get it. If you want a good one, buy one or build it yourself
