Hello!
I ended up buying the cheap one since i think the good ones are over priced, but now i think the FS pipe is overpriced too..
I thought I could do some minor fixes on it and it would be fine, but the further i got, the more problems i found..
Well to start from the beginning:
1.
Flange looks like this, but should be square.
No matter how you file, you can never get a good match without any steps
So this was my solution:

Joint between header to diffuser cone had a terrible step, and the header was protruding into the cone at least 5mm.
I have no picture of this, but i rectified it by cutting the joint, cutting slots in the cone to get it down to the same diameter as the header, and then welded it all together again.
This might be killing some wave energy because of the variation in diffuser cone angle, but I'm sure it's better than before!
3.
Joint in the middle of the diffuser cone is not great either, but it's not as critical, so I saved myself the headache of rectifying that too.
4.
Baffle cone is next to none!
When looking on the outside of the pipe, the cone stops where the muffler is welded to the pipe, and it looks like this:
Anybody with basic knowledge in 2-stroke pipes knows the cone baffle should be going all the way to the stinger, something like this:
The piece of cone I welded in was not there before, just the
straight wall you see on the previous pic!
A small twist to the story. -I stuffed the stinger pipe in to the expansion chamber something like this:
This is supposed to reduce noise without affecting power, so since I scrapped the muffler, I gave the neighbors a thought by trying this approach.
As a final word I have to admit this is not calculated and measured in any way..
That is what I should have done, but I went with the 'gut feel' on the baffle cone angle and stinger.
Stinger diameter is the same as before, but a little bit longer.
I now have the possibility to try different lengths on the header, since i will be using a silicone hose to connect the pipe to the 'adapter' i made for the exhaust port.
Well, this is what it looks like now:
Definitely looks worse than it did before, but for me function goes before bling,
and the pipe should work better now!
Maybe I will put some heat resistant spray paint on it later..

with the cy 26cc its lighting quick. i think i'm going to have to upgrade to the 4wd coz its just to much power for the 2wd ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
