if you like to spend money like that then yes, my belief is that a good motor like a zen 4 bolt or a cy 26 and good pipe is enough, you could almost buy another truck for that money...

Get a stock Zen 36mm head kit, +1 crank (not a +2), a better carb (walbro 990) and some new bearings and seals for your FS engine, that will give you good power. Stock crank will work ok too if you want to keep cost down. You can make eyebrows on the transfers and widen the exhaust and intake ports a bit, and that will raise the power some more. I'm pretty sure that would give you the power you need (if properly done).

ok first i dont know anything about rebuilding motors second my fs buggy doesnt have the original 30cc motor it has a 23cc in it now with a jet pro pipe im just looking to see what inexpensive motor would go good with that pipe thanx
