I have an unofficial site for road/rally asphalt practise & fun on weekends, would love some company! If i can generate enough interest i'd investigate setting up a track for 1/5 asphalt/gravel rally there is an official 1/5th track north side of brisbane at Brendale called England Park Raceway, but they are all out full reg touring cars and F1 i think... so many regs that the fs wont be accepted for official racing, and would never have a chance against seasoned drivers with $10,000+ cars Once i have some practise I'll be having a run on their track on off-race days. Ultimately, I would love to start some sort of RTR and/or clone classes of racing... not unlike the good old days of Aussie Bathurst racing before it got bastardised... where Toranas, Falcons, Mazda rotaries, Jaguars etc etc all raced on the track together... so i'd like to see them all race 1/5th, simply for the enjoyment and thrill of friendly competition... FS, XRC etc... RWD & AWD... all on the track! Anyways, spread the good word please folks... RTR clones are here to stay and growing by the day!
