I had to try making a boost bottle for the FS. I found a program on the internet, called bimotion, to do the calculation. The parts used was an 86cc bottle, som 8mm alu-piping from a cars ac-system, some 8mm fuel hose and some jbweld. The lengt of the pipe was calculated to 165mm for a 'boost' at 6000rpm, just over the RPM that the clutch engages. (intake turned the other way later) The result..? Well, I'm not convinced. I did not notice any change with the boost bottle. I even tried to shorten the hose abt 2cm, but that did not make any difference either. Only difference I noticed was that the idle speed of the engine increased a bit, and I'm pretty sure the system is not leaking. I also noticed that the bottle collects fuel, so ideally it should be placed with the opening downwards.
